August: Specification by Example
A key step in delivering value is understanding the business need. The practice of "Specification by Example" communicates the business needs, and confirms the solution meets expectations.
In this talk, William Knight and Nigel Charman describe Specification by Example with demonstrations using the open-source Concordion and Selenium WebDriver tools. In addition to describing the practice and benefits, they discuss barriers to adoption and potential pitfalls.
